Crawdad Canyon

I am so excited because this Fall my family and I will be going on a rock climbing trip to Crawdad Canyon. Here are some of the pictures from the last time we went in the Spring of 2005.

Easter

The Thursday before Easter my grandparents from Idaho came to visit. My mother boiled eggs for Jonathon & Alison to decorate. They didn't want to join in this fun filled activity, and I happened to be in Moab at this time. So it was all the "older" people that did the egg coloring this year.


Then on that Easter Sunday we gathered at Amalie's for dinner.

We found out that Jonathon is now taller than Micheal at 6'4''.

Moab

Sorry about the delay in an update. I have been extremly busy. A lot has happened since I last posted. March 19th I started working at my father's Company, US Synthetic (which is in Orem), as his intern. March 20th I moved back home with my parents. It has been really nice not to deal with any creepy landlords, crazy roommates, and rent! Now, I just get to drive everywhere.

Last weekend I went down to moab with my old roommate Addie, her husband, Shawn, and Shawn's family to go on a jeep sarfari. It turned out to be a blast!!!

First Day we went on Sliprock trails:

Old Roommates

I love my roommates from last year and we still hang out all the time together. Here we are at the old house in which we used to live.


Amber is the one in the middle. She was my best friend in high school. She was excited this night because her boyfriend gave her a Star Wars blaster for Valentine's. Addie is the one on the end. She wes baptized by my dad a year and a half ago. She also got married last April and now lives in the house we rented.

Sundays

If you haven't noticed, all of my posts are on Sundays. At my apartment, I don't have the internet. The only time I have access to the web is at school (where I am always too busy doing homework) or at my parents' house. I visit my parents house every Sunday, right after church. It is nice when they live only 45 minutes away.


Every Sunday we play games together. Our favorite game at the moment is Ticket to Ride, and I highly recommend it!

Sometimes Alison and Jonathon have to be bribed with candy to play with us. Here is Jonathon hogging all the Starbursts.

Daddy-Daughter Bonding

Last week my dad and I had a had a chance to meet up and go shooting.

It was the first time I shot his .40 Glock and it had a lot more kick than I expected.

Chinese Birthday Party

Papa Dewey's Birthday party turned out to be a great success and soooo much fun.

There was so much Chinese food. MMMMM


And Westwood was very intent on eating with chopsticks.


We had a nicely sized chocalate cake. Double MMMMMM


Bella and Mia loved the cake.


We also heard some very interesting gun stories and played with the babies. Make sure that the next time you talk to Duane, ask him about the time Stuart housesat the beachhouse.



This time it was Michael who got in trouble with Amalie for winding up the kids.

I found Hannah had grown since November and is a hair taller than I am.
