Jonathon's Robots

This summer Jonathon has been spending most of his time building robots. He video taped 3 of his creations.

Park City

For July 24th our family went to Park City, Utah. The main attraction for us was the Alpine Slide which is a lot of fun.

We also stopped by the old hospital where Grandpa Dewey was born (above) and the restraunt where Grandpa Walt's grocery store was located (below).

Bunnies!

Yesterday we bought 2 rabbits, Henry and Sydney. It has been about 3 years since our cat died, so we were very excited to not only have one new pet, but 2 new pets. You will have to ask my dad about the plans he has for these two rabbits.

Young Lehi

According to CNN Money Lehi is the 20th youngest city in the U.S. with the average age of 25.6. I think it is mostly due to the fact that the families in Lehi have a lot of kids. I am sure that this statistic doesn't make my parents feel any younger. Check out the artical:

Degn Family Reunion 2008

Last week we had the Degn family reunion. We went to 7 Peaks, camping in Heber, and had Grandma's 70th Birthday Backyard Bash. Here are the camping pictures:

Hunter Family Reunion at Sundance

Last week we had the Hunter family reunion at Sundance. It was really fun to see everyone again. All of my mom’s siblings, spouses, and their children were there (except Alison). We rented a huge cabin and spent time playing speed (a basketball game), talking, hiking, and mountain biking.

The first activity we did was 4 mile round trip hike to a water fall.

When we were at the cabin, we spent alot of our time playing speed.

On Friday everyone road the ski lifts. (Above is my mom with Ethan and Brian.)

Jonathon, my dad, my uncle Matt, and I rode the ski lifts up and biked down.

Jonathon's front brakes gave out on a trail, and he crashed. He was covered with dirt and his left leg was scraped up.
