The Utah Jazz

A couple of weeks ago, I went with some accounting students to hear the CFO of the Utah Jazz speak.

After the speech, we then were given a tour of the Jazz practice center. Here I am in the players' locker room.

Then after the tour, we went to a Jazz game. It was a day full of the Utah Jazz. A very nice break from studying.

Mountain View

This is the view that my office building has. Isn't it wonderful?! I just love the mountains!

Is It Fog or Dirt?

The answer is DIRT! The wind was so bad yesterday that Salt Lake valley was engulfed in a cloud of dirt. This was what my drive home from work looked like.

The Fence that Blew Down

Today has been a very windy day for Utah... so windy that my parent's fence blew down.

Behold the Cuteness of a Baby Rabbit

This post is more for the kids. Here is one of the little kits trying to get around on the slippery hardwood floor. It is really cute.

Stray Rabbit

My dad sent me this e-mail and picture this morning:

Here is the stray rabbit that decide to call our yard home. It was

trying to get into the rabbitry. We finally put some food and water in
a small transport cage and set it by the rabbitry fence. This morning
it was laying in the cage. I just walked up and shut the cage door. It
made no attempt to get up. When I put up the fence in front of the
rabbitry I was thinking of keeping dogs and foxes out, not stray
rabbits.

A Time for Shooting

My dad's uncle was in town last weekend. So there was a little shooting get together with him. My uncle Graham, my dad, and I all braved the freezing wind to shoot a few rounds.
