Mother's Day

On May 5th my parents, ecstatically, left on a trip to Europe. They just came back late Sunday night. So prepare for a very long blog all about Europe this weekend or whenever I get around to it (hopefully soon). Here they are leaving at the Salt Lake Airport. Just look at those smiles!

On Mother's Day, we had no mother in our household, so went in search of the next best thing- - a grandma. We were able to celebrate Mother's Day at Grandma Suzy’s house. Of course there had to be football and water involved.

It was also fun to sit back and watch the action in the shade.

Alison hates it when she is in a blog, that is why you don't see much about her on True Degns'. But today, I decided to dedicate this page to her.

Alison will be graduating from high school this May. Once graduated, she will be flying out to D.C. to be Bruce's nanny. Then after being a nanny for a year, she will be attending:

She was given a full in-state tuition talent scholarship with a paid internship in doing props and sets for their theater productions. She has been doing props for drama all through high school and loves it. Her major will be technical theater. Here she is behind the scenes of production with a prop she helped create.
