Dear CATHERINE ....I really 'blew' it! There you are, my very favorite, oldest, granddaughter, and I didn't even spell your name right. Remembering how Stuart felt about the RIGHT spelling, (he refused to acknowledge if anyone used 'Stewart') I do realize my mistake and am sorry.
Did you know that.... I had a first cousin named 'Kathryn'? She was the second daughter of my aunt Millie and uncle Paul Ruplinger. Millie was Mom's sister just 1 1/2 years younger. They both went off to BYU together and were known as .."THE GIRL'S FROM CALIFORNIA!' FYI - Kathryn has a younger brother Michael who was my age and my most favorite. He later told me that he was sorry that I was his cousin because he always wanted to marry me when we were in grammer school. My son Michael was named after him. Bye , G.S.
