Last weekend I ran in the Wasatch Back Relay which is the biggest race in Utah. It starts in Logan and ends in Park City for a total of 188 miles in a 2 day period. My team was sponsored by my work, so I ran with 11 other co-workers. I ran a total of 3 different legs which came out to be a total of 13 miles (a lot of it was up hill). It turned out to be really fun, and I hope to do it again next year. One of the fun things about the race was decorating our van.
Here I am stretching before my 4:30 AM leg.
We weren't able to get much sleep during the 2 day period. We slept only a couple of hours at a park and a couple of hours in a school's gym.
